as a pre-op mtf ts, you would probably be with the male population – but as a fully recoverd post-op female, unless the surgeons really screwed up or they did a dna test, wouldn’t you be in female detention? I mean, it’s not like you’re a transvenstite, you are a WOMAN, right? Or are most states and penal codes THAT ass-backward?

Yeah, I noticed that too. 🙂 Certainly not an encouraging trend. The numbers still surprise me … I would have never guessed it was 1 in 75 for men.
