Kids’ Wisdom

Since it is Mom’s Day here in the U.S. (I have no clue if it’s recognized anywhere else) …. I would like to wish all the Moms a Super, Wonderful Happy Mother’s Day !!! And figured I’d share some great wisdom from those who made you a mom in the first place (pssst ….. kids ….. I’m talking about Great Truths from Kids. Yeah, I know …. wicked, poor segue ….. sorry.)

When your mom is mad at your dad, don’t let her brush your hair.

You can’t trust dogs to watch your food.

Reading what people write on desks can teach you a lot.

Puppies have bad breath even after eating a tic tac.

School lunches stick to the wall.

You can’t hide a piece of broccoli in a glass of milk.

It’s easier to see the mistakes on someone else’s paper.

A pencil without an eraser may as well be a pen.

Don’t expect your friends to be as excited about your ‘100’ as you are.

It’s hard to unlearn a bad word.

Don’t say that the “Last One is a Rotten Egg” unless you’re absolutely sure that there is a slower kid behind you.

    and suddenly,
i believe all the people who tell me
    i look great…
