Ask Shaft! Update
The dolt is on the road … roaming the state … spreading seeds of law to those in rural environments … hehe … seriously … he’s doing housecalls !! No kidding !! We do housecalls … though most people just call my housecalls “jail visits” … but hey, at that particular moment, it is my clients’ home !! 🙂
Anyways … Shaft has no memory whatsoever at this stage of his life … he had one question to answer from last week … he wasn’t even going to look at any new questions … and he had … what?? … a week to get it done … well, he didn’t. Hopefully he’ll be back in the office tomorrow and can finish his column then.
Though we need to cut Michelin Man some slack … he’s had a seriously stressful past week … Satan has taken her evilness to an entirely new level … work has been hectic … he’s trying to finish his Home Improvement tasks before the new baby arrives (remember, he’s really a skilled construction, home improvement guy) … he’s been busy fulfilling his amazing dad responsibilities with his first son … any memory he once had has completely left him … he’s gotten into some serious fights with Verizon over drop calls … we had an office issue with OBP … we’ve had a firm expansion and succession possibility crop up outta the blue that screwed up a bunch of things … and for one day in particular … the reality, the imminency and magnitude of my immediate changes totally freaked both of us out …
It’s been a wild past week.
I’ll post more later … lots to tell … why I’m in a great mood, some timetable updates, disclosure updates … just busy, busy, busy. 🙂
