So ….. I went
So ….. I went to Outback for dinner last night ….. yes, practically all of my meals are NOT home made …. I met Ex there for dinner …. we usually do that once every couple of weeks …… ordered a house salad and a No Rules Burger (lettuce and tomatoe, well done ….. which at the Outback is medium) …… a few minutes later a waitress comes to the table ……… “Here you go ladies” ……… What the ???? I’m in my suit (jacket was off), tie, starched white shirt, hair was still mostly mousse …… we both look at her and then after looking at me again she’s like …… “Oh, I’m sorry sir, I was looking at her” ….. I just think it’s odd ….. Maybe there’s some like chick energy I’m sending out now, because I was no way even close to being in boy mode …..
Then …..
Ex was like ….. “Oh my …. that’s a big cut they made ….. does it hurt ?? …… they didn’t remove your adam’s apple did they ??”
I was like “Yes it is ………. not too bad, just feels like I have a tight set of muslces now ……. no”
I lied.
“I don’t see an adam’s apple”
“I never had much of one before and my neck is still swollen”
Well, those two statements are true 🙂
