Not really anxiety … I wouldn’t call it that. Not really angst about creating anger or irritation … no, I wouldn’t call it that. More like … “Here I am, naked and exposed, let’s see if I can find a few more flaws about myself to reveal“. Yeah, that’s what I’d call it. 🙂
The worst part for me was the dehydration. I wasn’t able to really close my mouth and breath through my nose until the nasal stints were take out, so I became quite dehydrated. It took several weeks of drinking lots of water and juice until I started to feel that the balance was back to where I wanted.
