don’t cost nothing” – Dr. Z has a nicely generous rework policy – in the meantime, he wanted to check out the tense-like mass yet that day.

We then went into the surgery room and he did some sonic vibration and something else that vibrated on my stomach and back where I had the liposuction. He warned me that it might hurt, but that wasn’t the case at all … instead, it phreakin’ tickled and I could barely contain my laughter … actually, I didn’t contain my laughter, I finally just has to squirm and laugh. He was able to loosen up that tense-like mass by my right oblique … but he also gave me a shot of something there to assist further. I don’t know what it was. He gave me another shot on the incision scar under my chin where I had my tracheal shave.

We then returned to the exam room were we went over all the consent forms for my upcoming surgeries …

In addition to my boobs, I’m getting another shot of fat grafts to my temple and lip regions … getting my upper lip reduction surgery … and also now having the lipo touchup … way kewl.

Then we got to my boobs … and a discussion of size …

You see here folks … I just don’t want to be this big, oversized boob girl.

As I told Dr. Z … I only want breasts that are proportionate for my body frame, moderate in size, attractive to the boys, but not too large … you know,

“Big enough to get attention, but not too big to get too much attention.”

“You’ve got this perky, preppy attitude thing going on, don’t you … almost like a sorta naughty, Catholic schoolgirl …”

“How did you see those pictures ??”

“What?”

“Nevermind.”

I had a serious case of Amy-tude going on that day !! 🙂

Anyways … he measured me up and seemed to think that I would be needing something in the 450 cc range …

He said that would put be in a full C-cup range (D-cup for Victoria Secret apparel though).

Wow … that seems large.

But he indicated since he’d be placing the implants under my muscles, that they would be minimized some, and going with a 465 cc sized implant and overfilling slightly would give me my target size (overfilling is often done to minimize wrinkles and lines in the implant; however, it’s not as much of an issue in male breast muscles as the muscles are thicker and it’s less likely to present wrinkles and lines … however, since I’m so lacking in breast tissue as it is … I do think */I could benefit from a little overfilling).

I’m going to go with a circular, smooth, high profile silicon shell, as opposed to a textured or teardrop shaped shell.

Obviously … it will be filled with saline.

The insertion point will be made with an incision at the lower part of my areolas. Dr. Z told me that such a location for the cut allows for a more accurate placement of the implant … I asked him if guys would notice the scar there and he said they wouldn’t as one, it’s a location where the scar heals very well, and two, even when looking right at them, guys generally just don’t notice a scar along the lower portion of the areola … I hope he’s right.

Let’s see … I think that was it for the knockers ….

Oh wait … he also gave me my scripts …

Vicodin and valium,

Wow … party at Amy’s !! 🙂

So … I hit the road soon thereafter …

And upon arriving back home about a few hours later …

Ended the night in a most fitting fashion,

Dinner comprised of KFC.

Yikes … White Castle and KFC both in one day … what am I doing to myself !! 🙂

Back. Whew … what a three days. Wednesday night night was bowling with The UnUsual Suspects AND it was also our celebration of Sister’s birthday … So I was moving really, really slowly on Thursday.
