I really don’t remember when this picture was taken. I suspect it’s shortly after surgery, ’cause seriously, I don’t look that bad all the time. But finding that picture on my camera is making me somewhat fearful of what other pictures Shaft might have taken while I was unconscious ! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
Anyways … this is Day 0 … post surgery … and it sucked. I really don’t remember much. Shaft took super good care of me … and even showed me a good time … apparently we crashed a wedding party on the way back to our hotel. We didn’t stay long, as I guess the bride was a bit jealous of all the attention I was getting … bitch.<\/p>\n
Anyways, from what I do remember …

\nI really had no appetite … totally not typical Amy. I think I had a couple of little applesauce cups throughout the rest of the day and night … and I munched on some crackers. However, I was really, really thirsty. I simply could not get enough water, orange juice and Vernor’s.<\/p>\n
I never threw up, which was something I set as a personal objective. Why? I don’t know … just something I decided upon moments prior to getting that little needle of anesthesia poked into me … weird stuff goes through your mind sometimes prior to surgery.<\/p>\n
The nasal packing was beyond uncomfortable. In fact, it’s a new torture I might implement when dealing with Darth someday.<\/p>\n
And the liposuction was terribly painful. It’s by far the most painful of the pain. Though if I had to choose between the liposuction pain and the nasal packing discomfort … I’d go with the liposuction pain as that nasal packing was simply unbearable !!<\/p>\n
My lips didn’t feel that large.<\/p>\n
My left eye was completely swollen shut while my right eye remained slightly open, but it was still pretty swollen. I had a fair amount of bruising that progressed over the first 24 hours.<\/p>\n
They gave me a catheter which made going to the restroom the first few times after surgery rather painful. As a result, an unexpected burning and very painful sensation greeted me the first few times I urinated after surgery.<\/p>\n
Also what greeted me … two of the largest testicles I have ever seen !! And they were totally black and blue !! Now granted, I’m TS, so I actually was proud of how “small” I used to be, concerned only that the good docs of the future would have sufficient quantities of usuable material for creating the Amy Fun Center … but apparently the liposuctioooon causes a swelling and black and bluing in the male genital region !! Holy krap !! I’ve been icing down the rotten fruit for days now but it still looks like I have two rotten oranges and an over-ripe banana … oh well. Just for the record, I haven’t<\/i> taken pictures of that !<\/p>\n
Let’s see … what else … I slept in small increments … two or three hours at a time … a hit of Vicodin, some steriod pills for some purpose, something to drink, and then some more sleep …<\/p>\n
I don’t remember much from the first 12 hours post op. Shaft picked me up apparently around 5:30 p.m. or so and took me back to our hotel room where I recovered. It was all totally outpatient. Dr. Z checked in on us with a call around 7:30 p.m. and another around 11:00 p.m. I don’t remember the calls. I think Shaft got some Wendy’s for dinner, but I can’t say that for certain.<\/p>\n
Most prominent thoughts afterwards … my stomach hurts soooo bad and I can’t see anything done on my face through these bandages … except that it looks like my lower part of my face is bigger than it was going in … please just be the swelling !!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
