So …

Bright and early on Monday morning,

Mom and Dad came to my rescue with a McDonald’s fix …

Sausage Egg McMuffin,

Along with a Breakfast Burrito.

The two items were really more of just an appetizer for me …

But it sure was nice to have some greasy fast food to whet my palette again !!! 🙂 (Yeah, I know, it’s a very aggressive use of the word palette in this sentence and arguably it doesn’t work, but hey, cut me some slack … I’m sorta out of it still … and at least I didn’t spell it pallette ! :))

Gawd … it had been soooo long !! 🙂

So after scarfing down my Mickey D’s in approximately 84 seconds …

Mom proceeded to remove the tape above my eyes and then excised the single stitch left in each eyelid that had closed the entry point where the endoscopic stuff Dr. Z uses to suck out eyelid fat was inserted.

It really didn’t hurt when she pulled each stitch out,

But it did sorta tickle.

Anyways, after being completely tape free (except for one remaining on my belly button from the liposuction there and the placement tape still surrounding Amanda and Nicole) it felt really, really good.

I then took a shower while mom and dad hung out at my house.

My voice is still missing in action at this point,

And I’m finding that my chest feels really, really tight.

In fact, at this point, it’s honestly not getting any more comfortable,

If anything … feels worse.

I suppose it could be that I really do need to start taking the painkillers again,

But if I use them all …

Where are my friends going to get their supplies ?? 🙂

Anyways … I am finding myself taking one ever 6 hours now.

I still haven’t resumed the valium,

Which I just don’t like …

Drugs and Amy-wan simply don’t go well with one another,

Even if they are prescription drugs.

As far as other effects I’ve noticed …

I feel sort of a movement of some sort when I bend down. Not breast movement mind you, but more like the saline fill moving in some ways internally. Though it doesn’t really feel like water sloshing around, but more like the movement you’d feel sloshing a frozen Mountain Dew around in the cup while waiting for the movie to start.

I also think I can actually hear the movement, but that might just be all in my mind.

In case you’re terribly interested in such trival details of my life, the sloshing and noises seem to come only from Nicole. Amanda has been rather quiet.

It is my understanding that both of these occurrences are somewhat common and should diminish over time as my breasts settle into place. Geez, let us hope, otherwise sneaking into bed after a GNO without waking up my future hubby might be quite the challenge.

Okay, now don’t laugh about this one, but my sense of balance seems to be slightly off too …

I really can’t imagined I’d suddenly be “top-heavy” enough to cause myself a problem, but at the same time … I do seem to catch myself teetering a bit from time to time, which is something I never do, even when inbibing.

I did decide to push myself last night and took the Amy-mobile out for a drive.

It really didn’t hurt physically … I seemed to have all the necessary movement one should have when steering and working gas/brake pedals, but I did notice that my depth perception seemed somewhat off. I got much closer to the rear end of vehicles when slowing to a stop than I normally do … and it was all because suddenly I was just like … Whoa, I’m There.

Anyways, that’s about it for now …

So I hope you enjoy today’s Day 4 picture !

"PostDay5A.JPG"

Amy is wearing a cute light blue top from The Limited, 2 for $24. The other one I got was orange. I’m wearing my favorite bracelet (from Aunt Janet) and favorite necklace (from Singer), along with my traditional silver thumb ring on my right hand (that might have been cropped out). Please notice the lack of surgical tapage on my face, replaced instead by more extensive swelling and bruising around my mouth. Note behind me on the rear burner is one scrumptious pot roast simmering with carrots, onions, mushrooms, potatoes, some special seasonings and generous quantities of Lawry’s Seasoned Pepper Salt that you can see stacked on the top of my stove. (Yes guys, I really am good in the kitchen, in many ways. Add that to the fact that I like sports, enjoy golf, now have a nice set of hooters, actually enjoy going to Hooter’s, am fairly intelligent, self-sufficient, and can laugh at practically any oddball situation, while also getting us out of any oddball situation … and you’ll see that I really am a helluva katch … that is if you can get over that whole “but you used to be a boy” thing ! 🙂 )

As usual, Amy is not wearing any make-up, but she has copious quantities of petroleum jelly on her swollen lips. Her hair was done by mom, who despite my protests, actually took a curling iron to parts of it while Dad and I were gabbing about something really important (I can’t remember what it was now, but at the time, we were really into the conversatioooooon) … Anyways, I will readily admit that I totally like what Mom did with my hair. Unfortunately, there’s no way I’ll ever be able to replicate it, so don’t get used to it looking so nice ! 🙂
