I decided to see how much weight I gained from my new additions,<\/p>\n
So I could likewise become aware of …<\/p>\n
How much I am going to have to lose in order to maintain my same weight.<\/p>\n
So …<\/p>\n
First, I converted cc’s to ounces.<\/p>\n
The conversion number is 29.574 …<\/p>\n
Which I then used to divide into 450 (the cc number).<\/p>\n
This effectively gave me the silly system of measurement we use here in the U.S. of 15.216 ounces.<\/p>\n
Editor’s Note:<\/b> I admit it, though I think we do things the right way in every respect here in the United States, I will concede, our system of measurement is somewhat dorked up.<\/p>\n
I then divided the resulting 15.216 ounces by 16 ounces (otherwise known as 1 pound and abbreviated as 1 lb.)<\/p>\n
Another Editor’s Note:<\/b> Why does 16 ounces make 1 pound? And why is pound abbreviated with the letters lb ?? Heck if I know, but I do consider it further proof that our system of measurement here is indeed bonkers. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
