What Are You Looking At?
I’m sure natals experience something quite similar …
Though as a t,
There’s always one additional annoying possibility.
Lately I’ve been receiving many, many more looks than I’m accustomed to receiving.
Now I’m used to getting looks from some guys …
I like those,
But usually I don’t get women making eye contact with me,
Unless it’s a bitchy glare of some sort.
Though lately I’ve noticed an increasing share of their looks too.
In fact,
Last Saturday as I was mwalling …
It seemed like everyone was looking at me,
And it wasn’t just my imaginatiooooon !!
So of course,
When I first started noticing the looks,
The first thought that crossed my mind was …
“What, do I have booger dangling from my nose?”
So I did the whole casual, quick nose brushing thing …
To see if I knocked something off or could feel any snottage.
But I didn’t.
Then as the looks continued …
I was left with no choice but to glance down to make sure that Amanda or Nicole hadn’t somehow fallen out,
Or become exposed.
(It can happen, trust me ! :))
Nope.
Nada.
Everyone was home.
Krap, did I forget to put on make-up,
Or do I have something stuck in my hair?
So I had to do that annoying mall self-check some women do in the mirrors littered about …
Can you be any more into yourself?
But again …
Nothing out of the ordinary.
Now I suppose natals stop at that point …
And comfortably conclude that they are looking particularly fetching that day …
However,
Also gnawing at me was the chance that,
I was being read,
Which of course happens,
But rarely by everyone I pass by in the mwall …
Except possibly on this past Saturday.
To this day,
I can’t say I know for sure why I was getting so many looks on Saturday,
But I’m telling myself it was because …
I was looking particularly fetching on that day !! 🙂

I subscribe to the incredibly hot on that day theory.
But I’m curious: for those fulltime longer than me, does the paranoia of possibly being read ever go away? Is it something I’m always going to have to deal with?

Phermones baby…..that’s the ticket.
I have read that the phermones released through the skin of women (and tgirls on HR) can be sensed by others thirty feet or more away.
The study results that I read showed that women who had their premone output masked, were ignored by men and women alike, while those with enhanced phermone output were noticed and described as especially attractive, engaging, warm and friendly by study participants.
While I like the TP on the shoe theory, you may have been sending out especially high levels of phermones that day. It is weird that women respond to other women, but men still respond much more strongly to women than the women do to each other. I guess some of the women respond with envy, seeing you as competition, while a very few have the self confidence to admire your look without feeling threatened.
As for me, I am from the old school that still believes that beauty comes from within. There is nothing more alluring than a woman who feels good about herself and has a heart big enough to love the whole world.

That’s what is so weird about it … it’s far from frequent, happening only rarely from time to time …
I think I’m still going to go with the whole “looking particularly fetching” option …

I don’t think my stride is anything manish, ut you’re right, that’s something very important to consider …
I’ve always been super aware of that … and always bothered how so many natals tend to walk like men, stomping around, especially when they were heels …
I know the feeling, like yourself it doesn’t happen often, but when it does, you can help but to go there. I say the samething to myself; that they’re just checking out a good looking woman.
I can’t understand it either, am I just more paronoid on that day? I have heard that hormonal imbalances can cause increased paronoia, who knows for sure?? I’ve also noticed, since my FFS, a increase in the amount of women that make eye to eye contact and give me that small greeting smile as we pass. It’s kind of a greeting of acceptance women give each other, which feels good.

How was your walking gait? If it’s at all manish it can draw attention. They may not know why, but they can sense something out of place.
