Bogus Quiz
Let’s be honest here people … I am NO literary genius. I’m honestly not sure I have read any of “the classics” … Hemmingway, Shakespeare, Poe, Tolstoy, Dickens … blah, blah, blah …
I read Herbert (Dune), Adams (The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy), Brown (Da Vinci Code) … Cosmo, PC World and Maxim.
I don’t know anything about real literature … I’m not that well-read, not intellectually based.
So when I first saw the quiz at W3bgrl’s place … it made complete sense to me the AuntieSolder would be Bard, and that w3bgrl would be also. I figured Caitlin would be Bard … and found that to be the case. I haven’t seen the quiz results pop up on Skylark’s or Stacy’s sites … but figure they’d be Bard too. (Yeah, you see the trend here people … I tend to hang out with and learn from really smart people. Why they let me stick around? HellifIknow … but until they notice me lurking … I’m just silently absorbing brainage.)
But there is no way in heck I should be Bard. I don’t even know who Bard is … I just keep smirking and thinking of a big, fat “lard” whenever I even type his name. I took the quiz fully expecting to be mocked in some way … maybe be Alfred E. Newman. But Bard? No, it’s just not right. And since I have yet to see anyone come up with something different … I’m of the opinion this is a bogus quiz as part of some promotional campaign from very passionate Bardiacts !!! 🙂
You are a complete literary geek, from knowing the classics (even the not-so-well-known classics and tidbits about them) to knowing devices used in writing, when someone has a question about literature, they can bring it to you and rest assured; you know the answers.

yah, i came up with that, too. i just didn’t bother posting it because i figured in my case it was an obvious 😉
seriously, though, we all actually are a pretty savvy bunch. there’s some degree of self-selection going on here, and i’m not sure what to assign it to. could be the net. could be that we’re all trans (i’ve observed a higher percentage of neurological/cognitive variances from the norm among trannies than among nons.)
